Anyone who has done yoga before knows that there are various types that you can choose from. Not only are there basic types, but there are many variations that coincide with strength training, weight loss, spirituality, flexibiity, and a number of other elements. With Solar Flow Yoga, it is a way of introducing strengthening sun yoga to beginners.

Taught and performed by Shiva Rae, this DVD aims to teach the art of vinyasa, and offers two hours of intensive instruction. Not only will you learn beginning moves, along with their names, but you will also learn intermediate and advanced principles that are a part of any yoga routine.

Using this DVD you will increase your overall flexibility, strength and tone, and balance. You will also learn the relaxation and rejuvinating teachings that have fueled an entire movement, for both fitness, and emotional wellness.

One thing to keep in mind about Solar Flow Yoga is that they are full sized routines. That can be difficult for the beginner, and so it is posisble to cut off at certain points and go your own pace as your work your way up to the full workout. You should consult a doctor before beginning these workouts.
